Well, its a word play of rearranging the letters of a word or phrase to produce a new word or phrase, using all the original letters exactly once.. hahaha
More examples:

ASTRONOMER = MOON STARER

Breasts = Bra sets

The Titanic disaster = Death, it starts in ice

Dormitory = Dirty Room

Garbage Man = Bag Manager

listen = silent

Chemistry = shit, me cry

Baseball = Babes All
